She’s a major talent——I’m so glad we could help open a door for her! Below is an email she sent me that I wanted to share with all of you! Thanks again! (Dawn sent me the following email) I am writing to say thank you for your support in the last few weeks in the effort to rally around this singing competition I took part in…Good news—-our efforts paid off…I WON!! the whole process was quite a roller coaster ride, but we did it. And when i say “we”—i mean it, it was a collective effort on all our parts—it couldn’t have happened without you all! So THANK YOU!!! I will keep you all abreast of the details regarding my show at Joes Pub and all the fun stuff leading up to it (for those of you non-new yorkers Joes Pub is part of The Public Theatre). Hey Betsy my Brother is a drummer he’s in a band called whiskey 6 They were in San Antonio, Houston, Austin Next is San Angelo! My grand father played the drums with the Tommy Dorsey Band. Being a Musician is hard but it is rewarding it’s like starving artists:) |
