Thanks Carole and Jane! So does that mean I am okay to go ahead and submit a PPA on my idea that is a G7 now? I found a similar, but a little different product than mine and I figured if it wasn’t different enough, EN wouldn’t have taken my idea to G7.. So confusing!

Great Q, Mary. I would also like to know how the new patent law changes affect EN and how they conduct business. Does that 3 year timeframe apply to us as EN inventors and are we also able to get on the fast track at the Patent Office? Thanks for starting this important thread.
