Great site!! But I feel I may be in the wrong place??

This is my very first time in taking one of my inventions the distance. I have an equipment product that would be used in the restaurant industry. Marketing won’t be a factor as current sanitation methods are lacking and the new product will fix that. The production may be out of my scope in abilities and I’m worried the demand may be instantaneous. Things are looking promising, so I’ve come to the stage of going forward.

From a brief review of this site and the successful products listed, it appears that most fall into the mass marketing / paid advertising TV category? My inventions value is a drop in the bucket when compared to some of the successful products on this site, but, it has the initial potential of approximately 180,000+ units and $90 mil in gross sales. Do commercial application products have a place on here, or should I be looking elsewhere?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Welcome to the site, not everybody puts their invention into one of the specialty hunts, but they can still get great feedback on what they are doing. I have put several ideas in and others I do my self.

This was a wealth of info for me when writing my initial patent, for a minor example. The nice part is people are honest and straight forward for the most part.

Good luck
