Just saw this thread ~ haven’t been on the forums the past few days! Though it may seem like the brownies were “brownie” nosing (haha, Margaret), nothing close to that! :) And it sure isn’t working either…just got 2 R4s this morning!

Actually, this is the last week of Cakes Plus and of Ultimate Brownies (until I find a company interested in buying the Ultimate Brownies line). So, since I won’t be baking brownies for a while (at least not my Ultimate Brownies), I thought I would share some with the awesome EN team.

Seems the EN Staff is going to be getting an early start on the holiday season with the eating habits getting into line. Maybe we need to get some of those warm Krispy Kreme donuts in there. How close is EN to one of those factories?

Okay, that’s it! I’m sending a pillowcase – cold weather is coming or maybe there is someone at EN HQ’s who is having trouble falling asleep – I’m sure there are some who aren’t sleeping enough. Maybe put the pillowcase in a room where employees could nap – in that case, I’ll send a few. Can’t beat brownies but might help EN staff understand what the pillowcase is all about.

Wow! The stars must have lined up just right in the last 24 hours to have EN baker types to randomly ship (or at least talk about it in my case) bakery goods all the same day.

I’ll contact you by PM Diana because I’m curious about shipping bakery dos and don’ts. I had a few products back in the day that I was told “could make me million$ if I could ship them”.

Riiiiight, was usually my response, although I did ship apple cinnamon bread to many Michigan orchards in season. UPS ’d the cases frozen and the loaves in the center of the cases still were a bit frozen two days later.
