Hello everyone,
Adam here, just found and joined EN this morning. So glad to see so much information here. I was convinced to join when I saw that the gyro bowl came through here. I was watching tv the other night and saw the commercial and though why can’t I think of something like that.
A little bit about me. By day I work on military aircraft as a civilian contractor, moreover the ejection seats in them. By night I’m usually in my underground lair, (which translates through the kitchen and into the garage.) working on my idea that brought me in search of sites like EN. Right now I’m in the early stages searching out similar products that might shut me down. I have to admit that I hate this part. Every time I do a google search I do it with a lump in my throat.
I’m very new to the inventing process, and have tons of questions, and I am searching for tons of information. I really like what I see here and feel good in being with like minded people. I’m considering becoming an insider I just have to find that bit of information that confirms this is the right path for me.
Enough of my rambling though. If anyone has any mechanical type question feel free to ask me, I look forward to getting know all of you, learning from you, and teaching new things where I can.

@greg lol, I agree I wish I could think of a way to hit a button and make it come home. That’s a lot of technology that they have in their hands. I apologize for my misundertanding, I actually work on drones used for training, that’s why I said what I did.

Adam, I’m referring to the one (maybe it’s not called a drone) that is in the hands of the Iranians. It looks like they have received quite a gift of our latest technology through a malfunction of some sort causing one to actually land in tact within Iran.

@betsy thank you for the welcome! I have a few ideas that are rattling around in the grey matter right now, and my wife has a couple as well.
I’m trying to talk her into joining and we’ll just make this a family journey. Congratulations on your “eggies” I watched the video and I’m gonna pick one up. Great idea and alleviates my number one reason for not eating boiled eggs, I hate peeling them. Thank you for the words of encouragement.

The way we deal with it Adam is to keep submitting ideas to new searches. That way there’s always something going on. Very addicting, very fun! When I first joined, I wasn’t an Insider for about 6 months. But, I love being one now. You get Inventor’s Digest, which is great, and can re-submit ideas to different searches for free. Anyway, welcome aboard, it’s a great company and a wonderful group of people! :-)
