I’m having the same problem. Today I submitted an idea to the new PetSmart LPS and got an error message. The idea shows in my account as “complete” but not as submitted to PetSmart, yet the fee was charged (I checked). I went to the support site but it looks like my entry there did not land either.

Looks like this was resolved in my account…just got the notice that submission received for PetSmart LPS.

You are right. This was resolved yesterday. There was an issue on our end (my fault, sorry). Everyone who was having trouble submitting yesterday should have a completed submission.
