Dealing with (R)ejection

My first 4 R7s were something to be proud of but I find my more recent R4-6s a little disappointing. I know that if Team EN had to specify the reasons behind the rejection of every R we’d REALLY be waiting. The dashboard has become a gauge of a FEW things; hope, novelty, marketability, ability, emotional stability….

The only way to deal with an R is to look forward to the next R.

I don’t care! I invent stuff in my sleep! Anyone can make money BUT VERY FEW CAN CONSERVE NOVELTY!

Where is the reward as an independent inventor?

A piece of paper saying some people see $ pouring out of my skull?

No, its the fact that after 5 minutes of learning of a new LPS I have come up with something – something people with $ are at least willing to consider – that does not require a patent or prototype.

Be grateful for such quick and convenient rejection I say, be grateful a mechanism exists for managing IP so professionally.

i can hardly sleep at night some times when i get an idea of how to build something,
or when i see something and know i can see how to make it better or why did they make it that way.
some call it a gift but alot of times i feel its a curse
i would just like to sell an idea so i can say see i`m not crazy after all

That patent on the wall or royalty check would only validate to others you are not crazy.

It is a curse as well, I agree…but I would not trade it for anything.
