Bringing StackMates back because the original thread has been disabled.
Karen, how did the housewares show go 6 months ago?
WHEN I finally get to sell the StackMates at RV shows, I am thinking of putting a little booklet with the set: unless, of course, you add this feature. What made me think about it is that I have finally been able to keep brown sugar soft: put brown sugar in a StackMate (whatever size you want), put a piece of Saran Wrap (or some other similar product) on top of brown sugar, and then just barely moisten a paper towel, folded to fit, and put that on top of the wrap. Perfecto! If I open up the brown sugar and it has started to harden again (takes quite a few weeks), I just re-moisten the paper towel. Many consumers need to see why and how to use a product so the little booklet will have not only written instructions but a photograph or drawing.

Karen, congrats on your success! I have been telling my husband for years, that round bowls don’t work well in the fridge since the sides are straight in the fridge. Now I can find some really smartly-designed storage containers which also stack inside of one another. Can’t wait to buy some!

Karen, Great to ‘hear’ from you! Progress is sometimes 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards but I’m happy that you feel you have made the right decision.
When you mentioned Eggies, a thought jumped out! Maybe, eventually, Stackmates could offer a little insert which would hold eggs: or maybe Eggies would like to offer that insert to be used with Stackmates. Wouldn’t have to be egg-shaped – could just be a divider which could hold and separate other items (food or not). Maybe the inserts could be just flat pieces, with notches, in all the sizes to fit the various sizes of Stackmates. Packaging would be easy since they would be flat – just need to be ‘assembled’ – notch into notch.
Wow, I just wore myself out! Good luck, Karen – in all that you do………..

You guys are great! I appreciate the continued support so much! Sorry I haven’t posted on the forums lately, the past 6 months or so have been a whirlwind for me personally…
Besides for continuing to work to get Stack Mates on store shelves (some day, not there just yet…) I’ve relocated from PA back to NY am going to be quite busy renovating a 1963 home to fit into this decade.
I hope you’re all doing well and will try to pop in more often—just working to get reestablished in a new state.
In regards to Stack Mates you’ll notice from visiting http://www.buystackmates.com that I’ve licensed Stack Mates to Telebrands (and not manufacturing on my own). I believe they’ll do well to work their magic in infomercial land and hopefully this year the product makes it to store shelves! Wish me luck, here we go testing again…
Hoping Stack Mates can follow in Eggies path…then after you make your eggies, they can pop over and ‘chill out’ in a Stack Mates container in the ‘frig’ that is displaying our 12-step reminders on it :). Talk soon original EN’ers. Happy Inventing and stay well. Karen
