At the risk of evoking the wrath of Ron, wanted to share some things which make me sad. I’m already disappointed that it all isn’t subsidized for us…
It turns out that the celebrity judges at American Inventor have higher standards than the USPTO:

Yes, its the same guy and his “IP” from Season 2 Episode 2.
I could not find part 3 on YT, so no video to share if you missed it.
But this lack of discretion is only more insulting when contrasted with the intentional, exclusionary secrecy orders given to IP with military apps.

Ron would probably say that this is for national security, but if you look, most of this stuff has nothing to do with weapons. As I mentioned, tactical is always practical.
Thanks EN for dealing with this end of things, I feel better about divulging my FE and AG IP.

Considering the fact that 97%-98% of all patents are never commercialized, that goes without saying!?

I swear, the patent attorney that prepared and filed both these patents for Gregory J. Smith, should be disbarred & publicly flogged with a pair of Richard Simmons’ panties!

Yeah I went there, but that particular segment, part 3 it would have to be in, is not there.
The patent drawing looks EXACTLY like the prototype!

Q: Which invention submission are you actually seeking out?
