I understand Flora, The only ones that really believed that it’s ok to hop out of the boat and try this, were me, my wife and wrinlkes. we have managed without savings, just some credit cards to keep chaseing our dreams. Her as a childrens book writter, and me, well I’ve reallized what I want for now. We use to go thru periods of worrying, but not so much anymore. With the exception of some cc bills, that we know we will pay, and cutting down on things we like to do. We are accually enjoying life more. Sometimes others just want to be able to get out and try something new, but are to afraid. That could be a reason for their lack of support. Keep chasing your dreams! The only thing that matters is how you feel inside.Aloha my friend.

Thanks Michael, it means a lot to have your support and kind words. It is a rollercoaster I loose faith in myself other times I loose faith in others. Many times I think i am doing the wrong thing “investing into nothing”. I spend all the time awake and asleep thinking about ideas to submit and it is consuming a lot of my time and attention. It is good that you share with your family at least you get some of the burden away from you. I am sure if I tell my family what I am doing my head will roll like a bowling ball! So even more thank you to be there to all of you fellow inventors you are my only support at this time. If I ever hit something I will find the way to share with y’all :>!!

I feel for you Amelia. We all have been there, or are there right now. Money being tight, $9.95 per month and $20 per Idea can be hard for a lot of people. I myself had to catch up to my monthly payment twice, in the fear of losing my points. But at the end I made it my priority. I committed to EN with all i have. I see them as my agent. I see it as my job. My wife was complaining about my ridiculous investments into nothing. Every Idea i talked about around my family was boring. You know, when someone knots and says “Yeah Yeah, sounds great…” So long story short, keep on trucking, try to make it happen. Stay with us. For me, after I got my G7 and a personal email, that I was chosen two months ago, everyone in my family shuts up when I talk about a new idea. I get full attention and it is a lot more constructive feedback now.

Matt am I reading this right? Prices for submissions will drop for Fund searches? WOW that would work out for everyone because honestly for many is hard to submit a lot of ideas right now, it adds up!!
Once Kat said that nobody knew what the person behind the avatar was going through. Many of us are here because it is very tough right now and are hoping for some good news. Some say it but most keep it quiet, even the media fish for individuals that are under a lot of financial pressure to tell their stories as inventors as a resource to get back to their feet!

I myself have to count my pennies to keep my insider membership going.
I still don’t have a feedback for my Sassy R8 and no response at all from support having asked twice. It would be nice to get this feedback to know how to improve my idea and keep it going.

I was honestly surprised to learn i could manage to come up with inventions on the go. But only few are good enough so having a more affordable way to submit many ideas would really help me and others.

They’re two completely different searches. If you think your idea would be even more sellable with up to $250,000 in development dollars assigned to it, then yes, you should consider submitting it.

Going forward, the Fund will always have an Open Search and that will replace our current Insider Open Search. That way, we have the opportunity to invest even more in your ideas to really polish them and get them ready to go to market. Once our introductory pricing expires, Insiders will also see a massive 65% discount in submitting to not only the Fund’s Open Search but all of the Fund’s searches.
