Hello all,

I’m currently negotiating with an investor who wants to take one of my ideas to market. I was introduced to this guy by a co-worker/friend who has done business with him and she can’t recommend him enough. I do, however, want to run the agreement by an attorney first just to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible.

Can anyone recommend an attorney in the Los Angeles area? I don’t think I necessarily need a patent attorney because that’s not really the issue.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
