My idea is patent pending and my intention is to sell the U.S. rights,I wish to do so because I believe I would have my hands full executing the plan in Canada. Selling these rights would allow me to get the needed funds enabling start up in the Canadian market immediately. As for the other foreign countries I am very much open to negotiations.
Mind you, if you only wish to invest as a partner to help the project launch, I would make it worth your while. I can understand someone feeling uncomfortable about being the right person to handle the execution aspects of this plan. I wish to ensure you that I am the right person, my professional background is related to radio and television advertising, I have also been involved in restaurants and bars as minority owner-operator. For the last 7 years, I earned my living as a new car sales manager, that pretty much got me to make this assessment, I have had enough of making rich corporations and individuals richer, I have been doing so for the last 25 years and now I believe it is my time with this venture.
If you would prefer to invest in the Canadian launch for the time being, we could negotiate monetary terms and perhaps the U.S. rights may be used as collateral for two to three years. Basically, what my business plan suggests is the creation ( at the virtual level) of a huge venue in which we could hold the biggest retail trade show imaginable with thousands of different retailers with thousands of brands and products. This would not be a 3 to 4 days thing, but for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and while this incredible retail trade show was happening, well the same type of retail trade show would be on going in every major city. Trust me it is possible!
My idea revolves around the creation of a web site and Iphone App that work together to relate local retail product and price comparisons to the web user-consumer therefore offering the best bargains available to consumers strictly in their immediate community before they head out to purchase goods. Somewhat of a local search engine for retail bargains with the Iphone becoming a GPS locating the best deals in each and every city, not anywhere on the planet. My patent takes care of the retail real time data transmissions for the site and Iphone but the brilliance is mainly focused on a very innovative and patent pending way to gather the local retailers advertising budget and retail data simultaneously which was somewhat impossible before due to time management and cost efficiency issues. Big or small, all retailers can afford this new media due to its inexpensive cost but at the same time many won`t have the luxury of not coming on board.
This unique new media product free of charge to the web user-consumer offers the possibility of saving him or her time, gas and money while stimulating local retail business in every major city while eliminating many wasted car trips from store to store therefore reducing harmful green house gas emissions. Every aspect is well thought out and covered, my only obstacle is the money part, if there is someone out there with what I need that also wishes to generate much more of it for himself,well please contact me. For the Canadian Market alone, with a penetration of .5 of 1% this venture will generate 54 million dollars the first year while leaving a 25% profit, year two of execution will bring in 72 millions and another 25% profit.
