My suggestion – plan for most of your money to go toward marketing (not manufacturing). Get someone else to manufacture whatever it is that you are selling. I made that mistake a few years ago with a product launch. I had the financing all lined up and owned the facility to manufacture. I couldn’t get the money I wanted because I was spending too much on manufacturing and not enough on marketing. Good luck.

I have still got a TON of work to do in order to prepare for all of the traffic that will ensue. And here’s the bummer, for the next 6 weeks until my episode airs I am not allowed to disclose any details of the taping. So please be respectful and don’t ask me.

However, on the night the episode airs I will be hosting a launch party on Ustream where you can all attend and live tweet during the episode, and then after the show is over stick around for my special guests, announcements, and no holds barred Q&A!

In the mean time if you want to help you can be planning your favorite 140 characters or less phrases to tweet to the sharks during my episode. :-)
