Your probably looking at a G7 (going to presentation) about 2 to 3 months to find out some go sooner, some later…Skymall is a really long search and will be tough to go to presentation due to the competition. Some never go to presentation (for years) and some go more often, it seems that there are some really good inventors that just have the knack for inventing products…only compete with yourself, it helps you to get better IMO! I assumed it would take some time and more then one submission, actually have submitted before and certainly will continue. At least there is an outlet for creativity that in it self is helpful. See ya around…

Not sure what you were shootin’ for when you said; “break through with their first submission?”, Many of the fine people here at EN have multiple ideas and submissions within the system and at all different levels of review.
If you choose to submit your idea to EN, it will not only help you to organize your concept through the submission process, but from there you will see a Dash Board that will be assigned to you for further review. The process can be challenging but fulfilling at the same time.
As you learn how things work and what each level represents, it will all come into focus…

what do you mean by “break through” ??? i think we all have had at least one red x…. now that was a break through… as far as break through to market…. far and few between i think… dont really know….
