Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to get some idea on how long it takes to move up the ladder/stages. I’ve cleared stage 3 but haven’t had any new activity yet and just wanted to see what other peoples experience is. If you make it to stage 3 is that a good indicator of product viability? Or would you need to make it to 5 or 6 to decide that or neither and its really just up in the air until you have cleared the entire process. Thaks ahead of time for any help with this, Nathan

Welcome to EN Nathanael: There really is no “average time”. 1 to 3 is pretty automatic. Getting G4 is the first large hurdle. If you are still green, you are still in the game. EN will get everything sorted out before the presentation. They always do. Once the presentation date is set, that’s usually when things really move. The night before the presentation is usually when we see the G7’s appear. They then have them for 6 months, so I think they want to wait until the presentation is all set in order to have as much time as possible to work out a deal with the sponsor. You could even go from G3 to G7 on the last day. It has happened before! Usually though, the G5’s and G6’s are the ones left hanging on. The innovation funds have a different time line as these are EN developments thus no sponsor deadlines. Good Luck to you! p.s. The little search button top right is a window into years of information for any questions….enjoy! |
