I JUST CHECKED MY STATUS TODAY AND AM AT G3 STILL WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR G OR R NUMBERS?

by reading the replys there was alot of people that was confused which petsmart forum they should be in their was a mix of people in different petsmart forums this forum is just for this deadline on this quarter—11/30/09

I’ve been at a G3 for a couple weeks now… i’m hoping to climb the scale now that the Holidays are over…

I’m in the same boat with 1 at G3…

I have two at G3. One was in the last Petsmart LPS but I thought I’d try it again… just for kicks. The other one is a completely new idea and I have high hopes.

It seems that the wait after a G3 is the longest…

I also have a G3. Its been there for quite some time. Hope thats a good sign. It seems they have several good ideas that they are looking at. Good Luck to all.

HI Everyone. I have 3 at G3 for the Petsmart II contest. I am sure once they have a presentation date set for this contest, we will begin to see movement here. For what its worth, the first Petsmart LPS was presented on Aug 17th and some of us are still waiting at G7. Sometimes I wonder if it isn’t just a technical glitch and I was really out of the race months ago! :) Anyway, to me that would indicate that they may still be sorting through several finalists from the last contest and a bit overwhelmed by all the great ideas we are bringing to them!

1 at G3. This must be the holding pattern level for it seems that where we all are! :)

G3 you say…Hmmm we are all stuck I think… G3 here as well for one that was submitted to Petsmart first then a week later to ASOTV where it’s waiting for final IP review. I think that it is better suited for Petsmart as it is a pet product that will cost over $30 and I don’t believe that ASOTV wants to go that high. I could be wrong.

Granted I think it would also make a great infomercial as many households have cats and if it was to be aired on TV it might be more marketed. It’s not a fad or short lived product so I have to wonder where it fits best.

I wonder what happens if it makes it to finalist for one search and it is still in another. Does that other automatically drop it or can it as well make it to finalist in 2 at once? If it made it to finalist for one and the search sponsor drops it can EN automatically put it in the other search as a G7 because it already went through the process for the other?

Keep it in mind MR.ED if ASOTV did like your product it wouldn’t be a bad thing because they do have products in petsmart as well so you could kill two birds with one stone and get twice the exposure :)

it is kind of wierd that “as seen on tv” got done later than petsmart but went twice as fast —-still at g3

I guess it eases my mind to know that we all seem to be stuck at G3…. hopefully we all see some movement soon. its hard to pull your dashboard up and still see it the same every day!

I think given the nature of the Petsmart LPS we all know it could take some time to get these people to look closer at any one idea, Pet products are a wild wild west open market so I am just beliving in myself and my concept, there is room on that shelf for one more,a few more products, heres to all who still have a dog in this fight, good luck everyone.

Finally movement! 1 G4 and 1 still at G3. Both ideas are truly innovative so I’m hoping for the best with this search. Good luck to all.

I have one at G4. I don’t watch it for weeks at a time so it was nice to see the G4 today. I’m feeling disillusioned lately. I can’t get a response out of two companies I submitted patented products to several months ago. I heard from them the first month then everything got quiet. I begin to think the worse. Who knows. I have NDA’s but one of the companies is well known for making changes and bypassing the inventor. I’m not greedy but I would like to see some royalty checks. The Edison Nation offer is very fair compared to what some companies try. One, a while back, wanted to pay me a small percentage on the COST of the product rather than the revenue. Not a real good deal. Oh well, happy new year to all of us.

R4 on my second idea. Shucks… I still have one at ASOTV at G6. I also have a good idea for the Christmas Tree Shop which I haven’t submitted yet.

Actually, it just went to G8, so I think that gives som hope for all of us on this next one! Sorry for the R-4 you got, but it sounds like you have a real shot on the ASOTV so I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I am still holding at G3 on this second contest.

WOW! G8! That is wonderful news. I am so happy for you. It does give me hope.

It is funny how things work out. The idea I thought was my best so far was knocked out at R4. The one I thought wasn’t that great and almost didn’t submit is doing the best. It was an R8 in Westpoint and is G6 in ASOTV.

Well it`s good to see someome havin movment at PetsmartII still holding at G3, for it and Pawslife. Let us pray, O lord like a long wait on a cold toilet,please let there be movment…

I have 4 ideas still holding at G3 for this one. I am planning on doing some home demo videos and uploading them when I get home tonight. I think that helps to bring our ideas to life. For what it’s worth, I did a real amateurish video on the last contest for the pet toy and I definitely recommend it to anyone else, especially if you think any still pictures or your written descriptions aren’t getting to the point you want to make.

Thanks for the tip Kelly, I am sitting at G3 so might try to demonstrate my product on video. I did 2 photos but could get my dog involved….It is exciting to hear all the updates and extra congrats to Kelly,

Just received a r6 today.. Last pet smart it went red at stage 7. Not sure why it wouldnt have passed stage 6 this time around too. Kind of doesnt make sense to me. Anyways good luck to everyone who is still in!!!!!

So I wonder if g3 this late is a good thing, or they just haven’t gotten to it yet..?
