Does submitting a idea to LPS constitute a public disclosure? I had read a little about that here somewhere but can not find it now…..

Hi Butch, Entering an LPS is not public disclosure. The agreement you go into with EN when you enter is very much like a Non-disclosure agreement. Your idea will only become public if you openly talk about it and it’s details on the site. If you keep it out of the forums you have nothing to worry about . |
