i get a kick out of people that think by putting CAPS ON YOU ARE YELLING AND BEING UNPOLITE—-RELAX AND GET SOME AIR, GO OUTSIDE AND SEE THE SUN,GRASS,TREES,BIRDS,CLOUDS ETC…——IT IS JUST A BUTTON ON A KEYBOARD

Is the Jan-11-10 submission date for this LPS a reschedule from an earlier date?

I thought when I first looked sometime back it was earlier than that. Maybe DEC-28-09?

I just went G4 with my paint lid for the skill search, so who’s going to be the lucky winner Home Depot or Skill? LOL Tim G.

HI! All this is my first time entering in a product search and so far im at
G4. I went to San Jose for Everyday Edisons season 3 search made it to the
cameras and thru for final consideration but no dice.Im not on the show.
I pretty sure I met you Tim Gibney in line before the doors opened I had
something for a drill to assisist you. I remember your lid. I thought it would be on the market by now? it is a cool idea.Well good luck to all!

I remember you and your invention which I think should get G8 and hope you do. I also became a finalist for season 3 but at the same time I was working with a company that was in the process of adding my lid to their product line. So I took a gamble and asked Everyday Edisons if I could be removed from consideration for the show and they granted my request, but just recently the company I was with went under for various and unfortunate circumstances.
I’ll never no if I would have been selected for the show but such is life and we have to do what we think is best even if it doesn’t work out like we hoped.I did enter the Home Depot search and I’m still a finalist so who knows maybe it’s ment to be this time if not I’ve got some plans.

up the meter any? Im still at 4. They must be looking at all of the ideas
very hard. How many people do you think enter in the search? I would say a lot! This would mean the world to me, im sure to you all also.I have been off work for 10 months now and it stinks cause I have always been a worker and take pride in what I do as a Finish Carpenter.Been looking and had an

I’m in the same boat and feel the same about not working all the time although I’m spending a lot of time trying to get jobs. I’m a general contractor and things have been really tough for the small guys like me but I have hope that this year will be different where jobs will pick up and so will one of my inventions.
I also entered my lid in the Skill search but it just got the red x on 5 which I didn’t expect much any how and it’s still at G7 with HD so not all is lost. Good luck to you and all who are still in.

Yes right now the construction industry is still hurting. Believe me guys i’m feeling your pain as well… I’m still hanging in with a last minute under the wire submision. Keeping my fingers crossed! mmmm Pizza and beer, count me in!

I am still in the search and I am very hopeful. I agree, they must really be looking closely at the submissions, so I hope if any of us are chosen, it is really an idea that gets a lot of traction in the marketplace. I am working, but believe me, right now commission based sales is not the place to be… Yep, Beer and Pizza. Reminds me of college!

Does G7 (I got one!) mean you will definitely be shown to Skil? The description reads like it;

“Stage 7 Finalists – This is our final review. If your submission passes this stage, it will be presented to the search sponsor for consideration.

I assume a check-mark means you have passed that stage. Yes?

Also, did somebody say the presentation to Skil is today?
