Tom, what I have been doing with bbq companies is just go on line and do a general search for catalogs with my type of product in them. Then I read the product detail for a mfg name and search that name next, get their web site and get a phone number off of it. It took a couple days on a weekend to shrink the list to 6 or 7 good prospects.
