Paid for booth 1332 at the show on March 1-2. They put us in the center of the whole pavilion at Georgia World Congress Center.

Hope to see you. If you can prove that you are an E/Ner’ and you want your last grill brush, Come by and I will give you a 50% discount for the show.

Hope all that can come will come.

Am still up at 6AM answering emails from bidders….not as much glitzy fun as you might expect. Nice to work again though

am up at 4AM talking to my suppliers (three are bidding), on skype, as soon as I make a little money, I am going to get a computer driven wire inserter, I can’t depend on my delivery system and response timing right now.

The system is similar to a computer driven engraving table or a table top lazer cutting machine. The tables are reasonable and the drilling is very similar. I am sure the tuft inserter is more of a challenge.

I built my own 2 drill bit drill for drilling my brush mounting holes 2 at a time in a manually controlled setting, maybe I will build an assembly to drill 5 at a time in plastic.

I made a deal with my brother back home this morning. He has had a custom weld shop for 25 years, I am taking my third line up to him, he can staff up overnight and help me in a pinch, he has plenty of room to store it and the product, actually, my cousin has an extra farm barn and does assembly all the time for him when he has a customer that needs it.

You know, with all the bbq and hearth and patio mfgers there, I may come away with several interested licensee potentials. If it is people wanting brushes or if it is people wanting to build brushes, I am fine either way. I am building a second line at my rent house garage and am going to build a 3third line and put it in storage.

I feel fortunate that I can build them myself….Just don’t make me do any drawings…..Stick figures forever.

I forgot to mention, I set up a Grill Buster facebook page I will try to keep it updated. This will keep me from spending all the air space here. :)

Sorry, March 1-3, 2012. My mistake, Has been a crazy day, I had scanned the web for this kind of conference and I thought I had seen in late October 2012.

I decided to go anyhow, the rep said she had only a couple of the first timer slots left.. I should be able to build the tooling for 3 full lines by then, I have the brushes comming and I hired 3 people on a part time basis to assemble earlier today…
