After months of trying to work with US manufactures for my product I had it made it China. It has been a challenge communicating my needs but we finally got everything ready and now my shipment is stuck In customs, argh?!
Does anybody have any experience with this?
How can I make this flow smoother?

use an import export specialist, even now you can call an agent and they will get it fixed. I did the same on my first import. Everything was fine till customs. They fixed it in less than a week. |
