My question is this…Can a product that consists of a line of different models be submitted as one entry or must each design be submitted individually? For instance if I designed a line of 10 different novelty coffee mugs based on a common theme would it be one submission or ten?

I think so. For example, the Pillow Pet. It would be one idea with lots of variations. |

So one innovation with ten variations would be considered one submission? |

I think it’s just one submission. Just describe your ideas for different models so it’s documented that you thought of the designs. For instance, if you were the person who came up with Legos or Play Dough you would just submit the toy idea. Then you can present all the variations as an opportunity for continued sales. |

I would say that if they share a common innovation they equate to examples. If each one is a new innovation or concept they should be separate. So with your hypothetical, you have a new form of coffee mug and here are some examples. |
