I believe this forum is to promote inventors. Better stated, to promote the inventors’ inventions. It should be impersonal.
As a group, we should watch after each other. We should have a high sense of mutual loyalty and respect.
We all should always express our opinions, just like that: our opinions. Never as dogma. No member should have guru status. Specially if it is self granted.
The heat gets in the way of the light many times. Let’s addresss the issues and facts without egos and as much as possible, without emotions.
Nobody should publically denigrate others or their inventions. Specially when they are based on prejudice and without all the facts. Yes, this is a public forum, but there are sensitive issues that are better treated privately. We can always use e-mail.
And class. Let us have some class and professionalism. We all will respect ourselves more.
Who am I to express this (as my opinions, in a respectful manner)? I am a member, and that is all that I need to be. I hope it is well taken.
Thanks to Edison Nation for having this tribune for our collective and individual improvement, and for helping us to bring our concepts to market. Congratulations to the fellow members who have reached that stage. All the best!
