Congratulations Rhonda on getting your patent allowed and all of your hard work. I checked out your website and had a difficult time really seeing what your product is or does because of the clear plastic. I went to Google patents

and finally figured out what your product does. I would suggest that you add at least one more picture to your website that shows an empty drawer with the just the product installed. Best of luck.

i agree, i can’t tell, is it a drawer liner with a plastic cover so everything fits under allowing the drawer to slide open easily? like the simplicity, that’s always a plus. if it’s what i described, perhaps you can get it licensed (ie, earn royalties while another company actually makes and sells it, you’ll have to shop it around). looks like a good start, innovative idea to everyday common problem! kamala

Just curious, did you draft your own patent? I didn’t see a lawfirm listed and was wondering the odds of getting a patent issued, by doing a self draft.

the first time around I did it myself and then we had to re-file under a different number and my attorney did everything….I think the only way to do it is to have a professional help. My original pictures were not great and the attorney protected me on so many more ways.

Congratulations Rhonda! Nice idea. I could use a couple of them. I agree that it was dificult to tell just what the product was from the pictures you provide. Dond’s suggestion of an empty drawer picture might help. Also a complete drawer instead of just the back corner.
