May seem like dumb question, but do both parties need a copy for a non-disclosure agreement to be binding? I expect not, but not sure. I’m disclosing my invention to patent agents, suppliers etc. if I’ve got an NDA with their “John Henry” on it, isn’t that all that matters as far as protecting myself from a disclosure point of view?

Always keep in mind that both parties are signing the document so why would you only give one side a copy and not the other? You always need to have a copy of anything you sign. |
