hi all,
i don’t have any protection on my invention, no patent, no provisional patent, no patent pending. If i submit it on a live product search does it immediately become public knowledge and i have one year from the LPS submission date to file a provisional or a regular patent?

All entries are confidential. Entering an LPS does not make it public knowledge. |

interesting. I’ll probably wait for a relevant lps (invention’s re: cat litter). I don’t have a working prototype, although i’ve made and used a rough one, which worked beautifully (we have 6 cats! help!). Just too expensive to package it properly, etc. If i fail the lps i’ll probably try to patent it myself and either sell or license it. what an exciting web site. thanks holly (love the pic). kamala |
