Interesting materials. One of those may be the answer to making a working proto of a product I have without the expense of tooling. The part needs to be compliant as its shape drives the function. I have tried a handful of things and that Shape-Lock may be the way. The description of being similar to nylon is what sparks my interest. I may hit you up with some questions Eric. The Sugru is neat but too flexible. Thanks guys. |

That’s good stuff. I also like Shape Lock. It molds to a durable nylon-like material that is fully machine, sand and paintable. |
