I received a letter today from Imagination Expo Services and spoke on the phone with Daniel Swietzer. I have to say that their materials are some of the worst I’ve seen and the answers given on the phone to me wreaked of fraud. However, the BBB did list them as an “A” company in business since 1988.
Has anyone on this forum used Imagination Expo Services or heard anything about their services?
Thanks!

Never used them, but based on your stated feelings and instincts, I’d avoid them like the plague (just my opinion).

In my 20’s, I worked for a crook, Robert Vesco (who also got caught up in the Watergate scandal – not sure how) and when everyone else was at lunch, someone from the BBB called to get a rating on another company. I told the caller I didn’t know anything about the company they were inquiring about but the Bookkeeper would be back after lunch. The caller told me that was okay, she would just ask me a few questions and all I had to do is answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’. I remember that one of the questions was something like, “to the best of your knowledge, is the XYZ company performing well” I told her “I guess so – I haven’t heard anything bad about them” and she thanked me and hung up. And THAT was one way the BBB established ratings. When I see the BBB symbol used by anyone, I disregard it. I don’t know anything about Imagination Expo but would be interested to know what you find out. ‘Expo’ usually refers to an exposition so is this company helping customers for trade shows?
