Hi everybody! I have a new idea for a baby product that is currently patent pending and being evaluated. I have called MANY companies and manufacturers, sent them sell sheets, and all that stuff. Still no possitive answer. Should I hire a licensing agent? Does anybody know someone of the baby area? Thanks!!

When you say “currently patent pending and being evaluated” do you mean that you have filed a “provisional patent application” or you have filed a nonprovisional and its under review by USPTO? Search for posts by Roger Brown, and read as many as you can about licensing your products. He also has a great CD set he sells on his website. Have you entered it in the Innovation Fund Seraches? For patented or patent pending submissions they will also rep your products (I think you need to be an insider). Good Luck! |
