If you’ve ever had troubles using our “fancy” uploader on your Live Product Search submissions, we’ve created a barebones option for you. It appears that the existing uploader was causing conflicts with some 3rd-party applications. If you ever run into trouble now, just click the link: “Having trouble uploading? Use our simple uploader” and you’ll be good to go.
We’re sorry for any hassles the original uploader may have caused you!
By the way, if you wanted to attach some media in the past but weren’t able to, click on Dashboard > Live Product Search and scroll down to your Idea Database. You can click edit on your ideas there and upload additional media at any time.

Dear Matt, I sent Team Edison an email a few
days ago and asked them if they could upload
my two jpegs to my two new submissions – I am
still waiting for a reply. I was unable to upload
my drawings. Thanks
