Problem submit to live product search

Have anyone get through yet?
The site was down, now some pages are accessible, some aren’t.
If anyone get through, post it here so everybody knows

We had many entries last night and thoroughly tested the system before going live yesterday.

Please email our support team at team@edisonnation.com with exactly what you’re doing when you get an error and what the exact error message is and they will help you through it.

Hi Trisha,
Thank you for your message. That’s a great question. It is important for everybody to know that the idea database isn’t available for members or any retailer to browse at their leisure. Retailers will come to us with specific needs. They’ll sign a contract in which they agree to abide by the terms of the system (e.g., they can’t steal your idea) and then we’ll produce a search for them. These retailers have been fully-vetted and in most cases are already partners in the show, which means in addition to the legal agreement, they won’t want to harm their relationship with Everyday Edisons. As an inventor, you can submit responses to that search and rest assured that you’re protected by the agreement the retailer has signed, regardless of your IP position.

Please sit tight for a little while longer. It will be live today. We’re troubleshooting what we believe to be a memory issue with a new server right now. We want to make sure we can handle all of the new traffic once we kick off the search (see my previous post). The site might go dark (gasp) for a little bit while the server guys are checking the memory. If it does, we’ll see you on the other side – don’t worry, we’re all still here ready to roll this new feature out for you guys!

OK … the credit card processing feature to upgrade to gold status seems to work. So now how exactly do we enter the last chance casting call?

Hi Everybody,
Thanks for your patience today. We have just added a new mega-server to our setup to handle the new traffic and we’re working the kinks out. We’re still scheduled to go live with Live Product Search later today. I’m afraid I don’t have an exact ETA but rest assured we’re all hands on deck here until we flip the switch!

This was the first time today that I was able to log in… bowever the “submitt” button is still not working. (if that is what you need to do to access the online forms). Hope it is up soon.
