With the holiday season in full swing, Christmas Tree Shops is partnering with Edison Nation to discover new holiday décor items as well as gifts to put under the tree.

Don’t let the name fool you – Christmas Tree Shops offers an annual assortment of fun, useful and traditional items. Christmas Tree Shops selection of categories includes:

• Toys
• Kitchen gadgets
• Household furnishings
• Small appliances
• Novelty gifts
• Holiday décor and decorations
• Food prep items

When developing your submission, ask yourself these questions:

• Can my product be put on or under a Christmas tree?
• Does my product make a good gift?
• Will my product make people happy?
• Does my product solve a problem?
• Is my product an incredible value – a bargain that can’t be missed!
• Can my idea be easily explained or demonstrated in a visually interesting manner?
• Can Santa’s elves make my product in less than 12 months?

Reward: Advance & Royalties

Licensed ideas will receive a $2,500 minimum advance on 20 years percentage of sales or buyout. We split the licensing royalties 50/50 with you on the products that we select. Royalties vary based upon the product but we always earn industry-leading rates.

Requirements

Your submission must be unique and protectable. We encourage you to submit a visual representation of your product (i.e., sketch, photo, video…).

The cost to submit an idea at Edison Nation is just $25 ($20 for gold members). This fee covers Edison Nation’s product screening process.
