A dream of an Inventor cum Entrepreneur

Back ground:-
Every body knows that inventors and small business owner/ Entrepreneur have a major share in achieving progress of a common man and nation.. They open up new industries and change the face of the nation, particularly America is fully aware of it , and is benefiting from this sector.
In spite of this, there is not a single central organization, entirely devoted to look after the needs of this sector, which will devote full time and provide resources to this sector ,
At present each inventor and small business owner/ Entrepreneur have to struggle themselves and keep going, spending money and energy at multiple points.
No doubt there are so many individuals and organizations and government efforts, which are doing yeomen efforts to take care and promote and look after the interest of entrepreneurs, in their own way, but to my knowledge no common and centralize efforts are made. America being a country of innovations, these efforts are of course, are on large scale.
Problems:-
I am an inventor by hobby and profession, and for the last 60 years I am in this field, and have experienced all sorts of difficulties and short comings, of an inventors and small business owner/ Entrepreneurs, since 1955, that too in India
Being in this field for so many years , I am putting my views in front of you for consideration and action.
Most of the inventors and small business owners/ Entrepreneurs have all qualities required for their trade, it is a tremendous creative force, they are smart, talented, have intellect, vision, imagination, hard working and have ultimate patience, and perseverance,.
They can flood the markets with real useful innovations for a common man and industry, provided taken care of them. But, majority of such a nice lot, may not have resources and facilities, to work. and put their genuine and useful ideas in to practice, as comparing to any big company, who can provides all the facilities required to their R&D Dept.
While the inventors and small business owners/ Entrepreneurs, have to create the idea, make a prototype ,test it, make a final prototype, arrange finances, produce the product, and market it, and get the money in hand, all these jobs he has to do it all alone, only one person has to do all these things. This is not for one product only but one has to go on trying till he gets a successful product. An average person can not pass all these bridges, and so he needs help and If timely help of finance, equipment and, Marketing, etc. is not given, at the right time, the entrepreneur gets exhausted physically, financially, mentally, and as well as Morally. So timely help is a must. Some body should be there to tell him, that” Go ahead, I am behind you, do not worry” Giving awards and money after getting success is of no use.
People do come to help us, it is nice but to earn themselves only. or to give lectures and telling us, how to do it and go away, but ultimately we have to do it. I don’t doubt their intentions ,but that is not enough, we have to face everything in day to day life, that problem nobody can solve. [Sorry I may be wrong and stand to correct.]
[Please note, I have not touched here, some still major and important issues.]
With my 60 years of experience ,I have come across many difficulties and problems which, I had to over come, with my lonely efforts, and may be all of you facing the same situation even today.
Solution:-
America is a nation of innovations, a nation with tremendous skill to organize big and giant projects, here people have great vision, with high scientific and technical knowledge and skills, unlimited money power, and democratic system, keeping always a common man in mind. But with all these things, we will have to take the lead and initiate the project and give shape to it, others will give us full support.

1] The solution for this situation, in my opinion is, if we all form a” Technical cell” through which, deserving inventors and small business owners/ Entrepreneurs will get all the facilities and resources and systems/ arrangements, which are required to bring their idea in to reality. This TC can be formed by representatives, from all the concerned fields. and well wisher and foundations who promote innovations.
2] TC will look after all needs of inventors and small business owners/ Entrepreneurs, and will give money in advance as a credit, and then recover it after the they start earning , Bank can make legal documents for this purpose.
3] The problem will be, to whom and why this facility should be given, this can be solved easily by taking the consent of the representatives of industrial and consumer marketing representatives, and retailers like Wal Mart, Home Depot, Sears, Target, Office Depot, Office Max and so many other big companies, and like org. If these organizations approve and gives a commitment that, this idea is good and we will sell this product at a specified cost,, then the whole problem will be solved at once, and at one place, after this, fact remains to expedite the product development. and production, every body will give a helping hand, and 99% difficulties of the inventors and small business owners/ Entrepreneurs will be solved with this one action, of assuring the market for the product. .With TC we can do this. Apart from this, these members can give us their problems or improvements required, in their field.
4] The deserving products will have immediate boost through the TC, This TC will also act as a THINK TANK and perform a roll of an INCUBATION CELL
It is we, the inventors and small business owners/ Entrepreneurs, in our own interest have to take initiative and create this TC as soon as possible.
So let us make a beginning even if it is on a small scale to start with , some of you may be fortunate, to earn enough money through inventions, so they can start a inventors foundation in TC to help others, This will sow seeds and one day our dream will come true, and it will be a reality.
The well wishers and leaders with vision, from the society also should give a helping hand to this endeavor.
It is like a farmer taking care of his plants, to get the fruits, he selects seeds, nurtures the saplings, protects them and for generations, the tree gives fruits in abundance to all.
Till then we go on taking advise from experts, who have spent their life in their liking field, and have acquired knowledge and experience, in developing new products, business, and writing patents etc.
High lights of my work:-
I for myself will be always available to give advise to the extent possible, in my field of experience. My major Marketing efforts are in India, and I have yet to learn this, in USA
I am glad to inform you that such an entrepreneurs dream, I have already started in India ,through an highly reputed and one of the oldest Institution ie. Pune Engineering college. They have entrusted me to develop new products by giving my projects/ products, to their students, and ultimately these products are to be handed over to their student entrepreneurs, that too with free place for workshop and also finance, to start such centers, I will help them for marketing also..

2] Even though Master degree in Zoology, worked as Head of Design Dept. of Agriculture, with Kirloskar Bros and Kirloskar Tractors LTd. Companies and , then started my own company.
3] Working as a guide, for students and staff, in Pune Engineering college ,India for new product development.
And as a Service provider to assist business for Wisconsin Entrepreneur’s Network., [WEN]
4] Have 4 patents, 2 in America. and 2 in India, write my own patents
4] Developed products on terrace lab, without any sophisticated equipment, in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Adhesives, Heat Treatment, Electro less plating, Health and Medicine Agriculture. Water proofing solution.etc. Produced these products and marketed them. to ISO 900 companies, for fifteen years.
5] Published research paper on Diabetes 2,” Apple controls diabetes 2”
6] Helping entrepreneurs for production and marketing as a consultant.
7] Retired as a Marketing Executive of 6 states, from Kirloskar Tractors, India. and Distributor for Loctite products. Always, all India highest sale of products, in India.
8] Recently became a Citizen of USA
9] Never worked to accumulate money because invention is my passion.

Innovation Carrier + Professional Experience of 60 years Innovations:- Before writing my profile I cannot forget to all my all well wishers, more so, the major ones are:- I owe what I am today to, Late Shri S. L. Kirloskar Chairman of Kirloskar group who encouraged my innovation and brought me in the lime light, by taking my patented seed drill on a license basis for production, that too in early 1960s and offering me Head of Agr. Design Dept. and other important post in the Organization in spite of knowing that I am an MSc in Entomology, showing to the world that he is entirely result oriented and a downright practical man with a vision. Similarly Shri Prataprao Pawar, Chairman of Sakal News Paper Group, Pune, who has given full publicity, in his reputed Newspaper “Sakal” to my Innovation of Apple for Diabetes and new products. 3) Also I owe to Dr Anil Sahsrabudhe, Director of COEP ( College of Engineering, Pune )who has appointed me as a Guide for COEP, to develop new products with the help of their organization. In spite of my MSc Zoology degree. 4) Similarly Dr. S.G. Kane Vice President, R&D NOCIL and his IIT group from Pune, who have recognized my work on Diabetes and gave me an ” Innovation Award 2011” for Apple which is a novel finding for Diabetes cure, eliminating medicine and Insulin 3) And off late Dr. Makarand Phadke , Senior Vice President, Innovations and Dr Aravind Chinchure GM Reliance Innovation and Head IP. Both from Reliance Innovation Leadership Centre, Pune, and with courtesy of Dr. Mohan Dewan, Patent Attorney of R.K. Dewan& Co. of Pune.
