A bit about me

Happy to be here. Edison Nation is by far one of the best ideas I've seen come to life in a long time. My goals here are pretty straightforward. I want to network with other creative business people and I want my best ideas commercialized. My brain is ripe for the picking. Two things I really like to do: learn new things, and teach what I know. I am not suggesting that I'm a good teacher, I am not, I strive to be though. You'll find I am generous with what I do know, and I like meeting people who reciprocate. We all have skills and talents, and I think as product developers networking and helping one another is key to long term success. Here's what is in my tool bag: I can make just about anything. I grew up with tools in my hands and they are an extension of my mind. I am a creative soul with a good business head. I have solid business basics and I am skilled in marketing/sales. My current entrepreneurial venture is a startup called My Car Inspector (http://www.mycarinspector.com). It is a business born from the desire to help people find better used vehicles with my automotive knowledge (I am an ASE certified "recovering" mechanic). I mention my website not only as a shameless plug, but to display that I can build websites too. I don't want to drone on too long about myself, but I do want to put myself out there in hopes of finding like-minded individuals who want to connect. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you.
