Invention Tune-Up

October 31, 2008

You have heard me state this before, Feedback is important. From looking at a lot of the other posts people would agree with that as well. At inventright we have over 30 years of experience of not only bringing products to market through licensing but also through manufacturing products ourselves. With every new product we have a checklist of criteria that each idea must meet in order to consider the idea worthy of licensing or manufacturing. This list includes everything from manufacturing issues, marketing strategies and companies that may be interested in our idea. I think this may be a good service that inventright could offer to inventors outside our company. We would look at your invention and run it through our own checklist that we have used for over 30 years. This service could be used before you submit a product or even after you get a rejection to get it back on track and learn what the next steps are. My question to all of the inventors at EN is, would this be a service that you would be interested in? What would you like to get out of this review? How much would you pay for this sort of product review and consultation? I look forward to hearing your thoughts. Here is one of my products that took a little fine tuning to get to the marketplace and we have now sold over $1Million worth. This sold at Wal-Mart and 7 Eleven.
