I do see a success story, however it is one of my submissions, that nearly made it all the way, yet was X ed, by both “AS SEEN ON TV”, and “EDISON NATION”.

This invention I now see on the store shelves of KINKOS’., and I am putting no money in my account, on any credit for my invention!!

How can you ask for submissions and state that they can be either patented on not. X the submission at the very end.

The only 2 entities I submitted to was “As seen on Tv”, and “Edison Nation” and then see you invention marketed by someone else?

Do I have any recourse, by providing the dates of submission proving it was my idea. and are some of the ideas sidelined on purpose just to see it the inventor has the finacial ability to patent and bring to market themselves, and if not then legally steal the idea?
