I would LOVE to license my own product- I have quite a few that are major innovations of an already existing product, so to make my life less complicated, I’d wrather do that than anything else. Problem is, my husband and I got burned once by a major company and my attorney said it would cost more to pursue a lawsuit than we wouldve gotten for the IP anyway. I need to do it right the first time. (Right meaning differently than the first time!)
My old EN buddy Ron Komorosky told me once I should be very proud of myself….I had a product that was worth stealing! He was right.
I need a mentor who can give me a little help, someone who has licensed their own product successfully. Hopefully, several.
