Start Your Own One Person Corporation And Bring Your Ideas To Life

I think everyone’s invention ideas are unique created especially by you. Has anyone ever thought about creating your own LLC corporation and building your own network of investors and shareholders to finance your invention ideas into creation? No, i’m not saying every one of your ideas will be successful in the market, but if you have a good gut feeling about any of your invention ideas and they’ve been rejected, start your own company. It's easier than what you think to start your own LLC. The retailers and manufacturers will view you in a different light when you present yourself as a corporation. Or either, you become a manufacturer, under your corporation. The fantastic thing is, you only need one person to start a corporation in Nevada, and, you might have to sit down on this one, ready?, YOU DON'T NEED CREDIT, GOOD, BAD, HOW ABOUT NONE. I was like what?!!, yes, I'm on that. Yes, the lawyer, doesn't use your social security number, but obtains a tax id number for you, and builds your corporation on that. Somehow in Nevada this is legal, I've heard this is how Microsoft, Trump and mostly all the zillionaire's get their start, in Nevada. So, I say, why not us? Anyway, I learned of this law firm through a business associate. The one lawyer is helping me to set up an LLC in Nevada, for around $1000. i will be listed in Dun and Bradstreet, they work towards building business credit for me in 3-4 months, mailing address, bank acct with wells fargo, 50% less taxes, he mentioned that it's possible to pay only around 10% in taxes, personal and business asset and privacy protection, the whole nine yards. i think Delaware used to be the corporation capital of the world, but now it’s Nevada. Anyway, I’m excited. and just wanted to share this info with all who are interested, and just to say, when one door or many doors are closed on your ideas, seek alternatives. Hi Everybody. It was getting a little lonely in here. and I said to myself, hey send out some friend requests and I did just that. I want to say thanks to everyone for the warm reception and acceptance of my friend requests. and I gladly accept any friend requests that come my way. I enjoy the positive atmosphere here at EN. And how the majority of people here are confident about their ideas and you're not just sitting on them. At some point, you must of said, ok, how can I make my invention idea happen? and you ended up here at EN. Well, I just want you to know, you're already going in the right direction, and if it doesn't happen at EN, as long as you continue to have the driven attitude," ok, what do i need to do to make this possible", you can make it happen, anywhere. Hello Everyone, how are you? As mentioned in a previous discussion about setting up a LLC to protect your ideas and inventions that you just don't happen to sell here at EN, I will be hosting a blogtalkradio show about how to set up a one person or partnership LLC in Nevada. This is my first radio show, and i was under the impression that i needed to send out invitations, but I see now that it is not necessary.
