As mentioned in a previous discussion about setting up a LLC to protect your ideas and inventions that you just don’t happen to sell here at EN, I will be hosting a blogtalkradio show about how to set up a one person or partnership LLC in Nevada.

On the show will be attorney(s), if his partner has time to come, who have 20 years experience in setting up LLCs in Nevada. Not only just setting one up, but telling you how you can build long term wealth with your LLC. Whatever questions you may have, you can ask during the show.

No matter what business venture you pursue, once you start building an income whether its big or small at first, you are still required to pay taxes or penalties, correct? So, you should get smart about it and protect your profits, business and personal assets, not to mention privacy. And you can do all this with an LLC in Nevada.

Sole proprietorship just does not give you protection, nor does a general partnership. If any actions happens against you as a result from your recommendations, products or services, etc. In these types of entities, they are coming after your personal assets. You’ll be lucky if they leave you with a sock, but don’t let it be a gucci sock, oooohhhh it’s gone! It’s ridiculous, the U.S is the number 1 lawsuit happy country in the world.
