As I prep for new ideas to enter into the XMas tree shop and ASTOV I can’t help laughing thinking of how many of us are running around the house looking for materials, collecting random objects, making a mess in every room… In one hour last night I managed to mess up my closet and destroy two perfecly functioning items I own because I needed to cut out the zipper to show how an invention might work.

And bless our spouses who patiently nod, hit pause on the movie for an hour, and try their best to give advice.
I had an hour debate last night as I listened to my husbad tell me why a hair product would not work and he has a buzz cut!

Just had to share the laughter otherwise I’d cry knowing I only have a few more hours until the weekend is over and I must take off my inventor hat comes off and put on my marketing manager hat ….

If anyone has 50k they don’t need so I can do this full time you know where to find me…

OK going to cut, staple and test random objects. For the XMas tree contest I’ll pretend I’m in my north pole workshop.

Tip: I started to keep a big bag of random objects…when the juice bottle is done..goes in the bag, clothespin in draw.. in the bag, old shirt..in the bag, when it comes to invention testing time I can use the random pieces in the bag instead of destroying actual items.
