alexcarzola's Avatargold

on March 11, 2018. New Patent cover was unveiled in Austin Texas.

In the last 100 years the Patent Cover has only changed one time. That was around 30 years ago.

June 19, 2018 10 millionth Patent was issued and was the first Patent to get the new design.

Any Patents issued after this Patent will receive this new design.

Congratulations!  I also just got a patent allowed on my Mule cart. I am expecting my patent within the next 6 weeks. Getting the newly designed patent cover is a plus. Congratulations again, and much luck to you.

Bassam,

Patent cost vary depending on the complexity of the Patent submission. I have 3 patents filed for my product.  Patents can run from $4000.- $15000. That’s not counting the cost to argue office actions. Contact a Patent Attorney for further information. Good luck to you.

Quick quiz.  Just take a guess before you look it up. How many Presidents have ever received a US Patent.  Take a guess which ones have.  No cheating

Abraham Lincoln I believe is the only President to be granted a patent. It was for a buoyancy device for boats and ships on the river.

As a side note, I don't believe his product was ever produced and became one of the many patents that produce no income and languish in obscurity. (But it must have felt good when it was granted)

That is correct Mark.  When I read that Abraham Lincoln was the only President to receive a Patent, I was shocked.  Interesting information,
