"Update Billing" Problems

For whatever reason, I have been sent several e-mails asking me to update my billing info. Each time I enter the info I receive another e-mail telling me that there was an error in processing it. My credit card info. Is the same and it hasn’t expired so I have no idea why this is happening. I’ve been an insider for quite some time and now my points have dropped back to 10,000. Anyone else ever experienced this? I can’t seem to find a direct way to contact Edison Nation regarding this and so I hope someone there will help me out.

Hi Kevin!

Here are instructions on how to update your billing information - this can also be found on the Edison Nation Help Page:

To update your payment information, please follow these instructions:

Log in to your Edison Nation account.

Click "Manage Account" in the drop down menu for your account in the upper right-hand corner of your Dashboard.

You'll see three boxes, and your current level of membership will be highlighted.

Clicking into the box will open a screen that will allow you to edit your billing information.

Click "Save" to save your changes.
